On November 19th the second Turkey- African Summit will be held in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea. The summit will be attended by 200 leading businessmen along with the Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The approval of the Joint Declaration and Action Plan for the Turkish- African partnership will probably be bypassed at the gathering. This plan should be enhance the Turkish- African ties within the field of education, health, trade energy and peace & security.
Turkey and the African Union have declared to be each other strategic partners since 2008.
